Hello
I’m Olivia. I love a good laugh, coffee, swimming at the beach and spending time with my dogs. On a quieter evening, there is a good chance I’m playing Nintendo Switch.
Relationships are a big part of what matters to me, in life and in my work. I’m curious about people’s stories, the connections that shape them and what happens when they have space to feel heard. I also pay attention to the wider picture: family, school, work and the systems people move through every day.
As a counsellor, I work with young people, parents and families. Building trust comes first. There is room to talk about what feels difficult, explore what is happening in important relationships and find a way forward at a pace that feels right.
I also offer individual and group clinical supervision to counsellors across practice settings. Supervision is a space to reflect on client work, grow as a practitioner and consider how the wider context influences practice.
I hold a Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Counselling), a Master of Counselling Practice and an Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision. I’m a PACFA Clinical registrant and accredited supervisor.
Alongside my private practice, I’m Head of Postgraduate Counselling at Tabor College. I also serve as a PACFA Board Director and Chair of its Professional Standards Committee. These roles are part of my commitment to thoughtful counsellor education, ethical practice and the development of the profession.
Whether you are looking for counselling or clinical supervision, you are welcome to get in touch and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
