Clinical supervision offers counsellors dedicated time to step back from the demands of practice. It is a space to think through client work, explore uncertainty, reflect on the therapeutic relationship and consider the impact of the work on the practitioner.Individual and group supervision are available for counsellors across all areas of practice.

I have a particular experience in child and adolescent counselling, school counselling, wellbeing teams, private practice and organisational settings.

Sessions are collaborative and shaped by the counsellor’s current needs. They may focus on a client case, ethical or professional questions, developing clinical skills, or the influence of workplace and wider systems on practice.

The approach draws on developmental and process models, with creative methods used where they support deeper reflection.Supervisees can expect a supportive relationship that makes room for honest discussion and constructive challenge. The aim is to broaden perspectives, strengthen clinical judgement and support ethical, effective work with clients.
